Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere via USPS.


We also provide other shipping options, such as UPS and FedEx, but these shipping rates are based on the couriers' standard fees and the total weight of the item(s) in your order.​

Once orders are placed and shipped via our carrier of choice, tracking details will be provided to you via email.  You can also log in to your account to track your order.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-10 business days. Orders are not processed and shipped on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant shipping delay with your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 


Shipping rates & delivery estimates for your order will be displayed at checkout. A Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking email will be sent when your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


H2Q Cosmetics is NOT responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). H2Q Cosmetics is NOT liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping courier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in exchange for an online store credit. All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Confirmation (RC) number. After receiving an RC number, place the item(s) securely in its original packaging, including your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address outlined in the corresponding email.  You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your credit or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and/or shipped.  If you have requested a store credit, we will issue a gift card, which cannot be exchanged for cash.

Defective Merchandise

For any defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange an online store credit or exchange.  Please note that all items are marked as final sale.
